Why Create a Package? Package Categories.

This guide explains why it pays off to create several packages and how they are divided into five categories on Venueplace.

Every event is made up of more than just a space. Our goal is to help the client create a memorable event.

1. Both the host and the client win

Instead of answering every client individually and putting together a new offer each time, you simplify your sales significantly by setting the content, price, and rules once — and letting the package do the selling.

1

Fewer repetitive enquiries — A ready-made package answers the client's questions before they even ask them. All the essential information is immediately visible to the client.

2

More bookings — A package with clear content is comparable and trustworthy — the client books right away instead of waiting for an offer.

3

Less repetitive work — You think through the content, price, and rules once — each booking no longer starts from scratch.

A good package is not just a convenience for the host — it also makes the decision easy for the client. The same clarity that saves your time gives the client the confidence to book right away.

For the host

For the client

The calendar fills with targeted demand

Clear price and content visible right away

Less back-and-forth, faster confirmation

Easy to compare and book immediately

Clear rules reduce risk

Certainty about which rules apply

Predictable revenue and price control

One contact for the entire event

2. How packages are divided into five categories

The categories are built around the events the client wants to organize — not around room types. This way the client finds a package in their own words, and you can make the package precise: the right space, catering, and rules for that exact event. The same space can carry several categories — for example, a seminar during the day (Business) and a private party in the evening (Party).

Business

Seminars, trainings, conferences, product launches, trade fairs, and workshops. What matters: timing, seating layouts, presentation equipment, and catering; an invoice to the company. Example: Balti Teaduskeskus — "Full-day seminar package".

Party

Birthdays, bachelorette and bachelor parties, afterparties, get-togethers with friends. What matters: privacy, your own food and drinks, music, and a clear end time. Example: Valhalla Restoran & Pubi — "Full-evening private party package".

Culture

Concerts and ticketed cultural events. What matters: the stage, sound and lighting equipment, backstage, and the rules for ticket sales and security. Example: Ticketed event rental — stage + technician, sound curfew at 23:00.

Wellness

Retreats and corporate summer days. What matters: the entire property in private use, accommodation, a peaceful setting, and multi-day bookings. Example: Sääre Retriit-SPA — "Wellness – Jugapuu Private Retreat".

Life events

Weddings and other major life milestones. What matters: the whole venue in private use from the ceremony to the evening party, freedom to design your own day; sensitive and flexible communication. Example: Wedding package — the whole house + ceremony area, quiet hours from 02:00.
