💡 Good to know: a prerequisite for marking already-booked times in your calendar is that you have added all your spaces to Venueplace (including accommodation, if you have any).
If you want to mark already-booked times (including recurring bookings) in your Venueplace calendar, do the following:
Check via the button in the top left corner that you are under your business account (image 1).
Select "Venues" from the menu in the top right (1).
Click on your venue (1).
Once you land on the dashboard, select "Calendar" from the left-hand menu (image 2).
Select the week where you want to enter the booked time. To navigate between dates, use the date range button in the top right corner (2).
Click on the date cell of the space where you want to add the booking (2).
A new view opens (image 3).
If it is a one-time booking / time block, you can specify (3):
The date(s)
Whether the block applies to the whole day or to specific times
The space(s) associated with this booking
The accommodation(s) associated with this booking
A note describing what the booking is (e.g. the name of the client/event taking place)
If it is a recurring booking / time block (e.g. every Wednesday from 9:00 to 12:00 this space is occupied for internal company meetings), you can specify (image 4):
The date(s)
Whether the block applies to the whole day or to specific times
The day(s) of the week
The space(s) associated with this booking
The accommodation(s) associated with this booking
A note describing what the booking is (e.g. the name of the client/event taking place)
After filling in the fields, be sure to click "Add block" at the bottom of the page.
To edit/delete a block, click on the block in the calendar and select "Delete" or "Update block" at the bottom of the page (image 5).
