Booking-related notifications

💡 Good to know: critical booking and payment notifications (confirmations, invoices, refunds) are always sent by email to all administrators, and these notifications cannot be turned off.

You can turn other booking-related notifications on and off, both for yourself and for your team members, by doing the following:

  1. Go to your venue's dashboard.

  2. Select "Notifications" from the left-hand menu.

  3. Activate/deactivate "Booking updates" or "Messages".

If you want to change the email address where your Venueplace notifications are delivered, do the following:

  1. Select your personal account from the top left corner.

  2. Go to Settings -> General.

  3. Click "Change email address".
