💡 Good to know: critical booking and payment notifications (confirmations, invoices, refunds) are always sent by email to all administrators, and these notifications cannot be turned off.
You can turn other booking-related notifications on and off, both for yourself and for your team members, by doing the following:
Go to your venue's dashboard.
Select "Notifications" from the left-hand menu.
Activate/deactivate "Booking updates" or "Messages".
If you want to change the email address where your Venueplace notifications are delivered, do the following:
Select your personal account from the top left corner.
Go to Settings -> General.
Click "Change email address".
