If your venue or organization has a "Draft" or "Pending" label, it means that your venue is not yet visible on Venueplace's public site.
For your venue to become public so that people can start booking it, do the following:
Make sure you have set up your venue profile 100% correctly (information, photos, descriptions, packages, etc.).
If you have not been in contact with our team before, send a message to [email protected] or via the chatbox in the bottom right corner of this page, letting us know that you have completed all the settings on your side and that it's a "green light" from you.
Our Customer Success Team will then review your profile (as a rule, within 2 business days) and, if necessary, give recommendations if something important is still missing from your venue profile.
Once our team has reviewed the profile and there are no further suggestions for improvement, we will make your profile public, and you will also receive a notification about this by email.
