If your venue's Venueplace profile is not yet 100% complete or has not yet been approved (i.e. made public) by the Venueplace team, end clients cannot see your profile. Nevertheless, you can see a preview of how the profile will look to clients.
To do this:
Go to your venue's dashboard.
Click the "View public page" button at the top edge of the screen.
You will then land on the client view of your venue.
So use this button to see how the setup work or changes you have made so far will actually look.
PS! If your profile is already public, you can also search for your venue on the Venueplace home page by entering your venue's location and event type into the search. Your venue should show up nicely in the search results 😉
