In this stage, you can add additional services related to your venue. Adding additional services is not required, but it helps make your offering more complete and flexible.
1. Think through which additional services you offer
Additional services are all services that do not fall under the previous steps, i.e. spaces, accommodation, catering, or entertainment.
Some examples:
Photographer
Flower arrangements
Bar or bartender
Sound or lighting technician
Cleaning services
If your venue offers something like this, it is definitely worth listing it as an additional service.
PS! Each additional service should be added separately.
2. Add the service name and description
In the service description, explain:
Who this service is suitable for
When and why it might be needed
If it is provided by a specific service provider, it is worth mentioning their name and experience as well
A good description helps the client understand the value of the service even if they don't initially know to add it to their package.
3. Add photos
We recommend adding:
Illustrative photo(s)
A photo of the specific person or service
Visuals help the client better understand the service and make the offer more trustworthy.
4. Add pricing
At the moment, you can set the pricing as a fixed fee (e.g. €100). The price always includes VAT. If the price depends on the quantity of the additional service (e.g. flower arrangements, equipment, etc.), it's best to set the price for a single unit and, in the Quantity category, activate "Allow clients to select multiple" and set the maximum quantity there.
Among other things, you can add special prices for specific dates, days of the week, or times of day.
You can always change, deactivate, or remove special prices later.
5. Save the service and add more if needed
Once all the details have been reviewed, save the additional service.
If your venue offers other additional services, click "Add more" and repeat the steps.
If there are no more additional services to add, click "Continue" and move on to the next step
