In this stage, you can add the entertainment offered at your venue. Adding entertainment is not required, but it helps your venue stand out and offer clients a more complete experience.
1. Think through what entertainment you offer
Entertainment can take many forms, for example:
Performers or a DJ
Guided tours
Workshops, painting, or creative activities
Nature hikes and other outdoor or sporting experiences
Add all the activities that can actually be offered at your venue.
PS! Add each entertainment option separately.
2. Add the entertainment name and description
In the description, explain:
What the activity includes
Who it is best suited for
Whether participants need to bring or wear anything, etc.
And share any other necessary information that gives the client a good overview of what the entertainment is about
For example, you could describe the content, route, and suitability of a guided city walk for different groups.
3. Set the duration and add photos
Add:
The duration of the activity in minutes – this helps the client better plan the timing of their event and activities
Photos that give a good impression of the nature of the experience and the environment
4. Choose the entertainment category
Choosing an entertainment category is not required, but it is recommended. It helps the activity stand out better in searches.
5. Add pricing
You can price entertainment in two ways:
Price per person (you also need to add the minimum number of people for whom the entertainment is offered)
A fixed fee for the entire activity
For example, a guided tour could be priced at €10 per person. You can also add special prices for specific dates, days of the week, or times of day. You can always change or remove special prices later.
💡 Good to know: If the prices of your venue's entertainment depend on, for example, the age of the participants or the size of the group, the most sensible solution at the moment is to add separate entertainment services with different prices (e.g. "Museum ticket (adult)", "Museum ticket (pupil, student, pensioner)", "Nature hike (up to 10 people)", "Nature hike (up to 20 people)", etc.).
6. Save the entertainment and add more if needed
Once all the details have been reviewed, save the entertainment.
If you offer other activities as well, click "Add more" and repeat the steps.
If there is no more entertainment to add, click "Continue" and move on to the next step
