4. Accommodation (optional)

Written by Paula Straume

In this stage, you can add information about accommodation related to your venue. Adding accommodation is not required, but if your venue offers overnight stays, it's definitely worth listing.

PS! If your venue does not offer accommodation, you can move on to the next step.

1. Add the accommodation name and quantity

By accommodation name, we mean the specific rooms or spaces intended for overnight stays. You can use exactly the same names you use for your accommodation options on your own website – for example, Deluxe room, Summer cottage, Double room, Suite, Sauna house, etc.

Then specify how many of these accommodation units your venue has. For example, if you are currently adding a "Deluxe room" and there are 3 of them, set the quantity to 3. You can add other accommodation types one by one in the same way after adding the first one.

2. Describe this accommodation

Add a clear description that helps the client understand:

  • How this accommodation differs from the other rooms your venue offers

  • Who and/or which events it is best suited for

  • What its style/atmosphere is like, etc.

3. Upload photos of the accommodation

Photos help the client assess whether the accommodation suits their needs and what the overall quality and style of the rooms is. Once again, you can upload up to 10 photos.

4. Specify the bed type breakdown

Write down how many double beds and single beds there are. The system calculates the total guest capacity automatically. This information helps the client plan accommodation according to the number of participants.

5. Set the accommodation amenities

So that the guest knows exactly what amenities and supplies a specific accommodation offers, mark all of the following:

  • Room and sleeping amenities

  • Bathroom-related information

  • Kitchen and cooking facilities

  • Information about the accommodation's surroundings

6. Add the accommodation price list

For accommodation, pricing and booking information is very important, as it helps the client plan the budget for the entire event.

  • Set the price per night (for example, €75)

  • If you wish, add a special price for specific periods (e.g. holidays, summer, etc.) or for times of day/days of the week

7. Set the minimum number of nights and the check-in and check-out times

These fields are not required, but they give the client a clear overview of what to expect with the accommodation.

8. Save the accommodation and add more rooms if needed

Once the information is filled in, save the accommodation.

If you wish, you can also add the next accommodation type if your venue has several different types of rooms.

If there is no more accommodation to add, click "Continue".
