You can set the cancellation deadline separately for each package of your venue. The cancellation deadline can be 7, 21, or 60 days before the booking takes place.
If you want to change the cancellation policy of your venue's packages, follow these steps:
Check from the button in the top left that you are under your business account (image 1).
Select "Venues" from the menu in the top right (1).
Click on your venue (1).
Once you land on the dashboard, select "Packages" from the left-hand menu (image 2).
Choose the package whose cancellation policy you want to change by clicking the "Edit" button next to it (2)
At the bottom of the page you will find the cancellation policy and descriptions of the different options (image 3).
Set the desired cancellation policy for the package and then be sure to click "Update package" at the bottom of the page (3).
