Can a venue cancel a booking after confirming the request?

No — once you have confirmed a customer's booking request, it can no longer be cancelled, because the customer has already paid (depending on when you would want to cancel the booking, the customer has paid either the 10% booking fee or the full booking amount).

Cancelling a booking after it has been confirmed may result in a claim for compensation of costs from the customer (similar to entering into other civil contracts).

PS! If you nevertheless have to cancel a booking for unavoidable reasons, please contact your customer as soon as possible via messages in the Venueplace platform (in the top right corner, click Menu -> Messages).
