Booking requests made through the Venueplace platform must be confirmed by the venue within 2 business days. Otherwise, the booking request is cancelled and the time slot is released.
So, as a venue representative, you do not need to worry about double bookings being made, or feel obliged to accept every booking at any cost. You get to decide for yourself which bookings and dates you confirm and which ones you decline.
