For payment processing, Venueplace partners with Stripe, one of the most popular and secure payment processing platforms in the world. To be able to receive payments through Venueplace, you first need to create a Stripe Connect account for your organization (or connect an existing one).
To set up payouts and connect with Stripe, proceed as follows:
Check from the button at the top left that you are under your organization account (image 1).
Select "Settings" from the menu at the top right.
From the left-hand menu, select "Payouts".
Then click "Set up payouts" and follow the instructions.
PS! All settlement is securely handled by Stripe – your bank details are not stored at Venueplace.
